Professor of Veterinary Cardiology

After graduating from Cambridge University, Virginia spent 5 years working in small animal practice. She has a PhD from the University of Edinburgh, and has worked as a veterinary cardiologist at the Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies (Scotland), the University of Missouri-Columbia (USA) and the Ohio State University (USA). She has been at the Royal Veterinary College (UK) since 2004, where she is a Professor of Veterinary Cardiology. She is currently Chair of the ECVIM Specialty of Cardiology.
